"This is a pleasant flat from which to explore a vibrant part of the city. The host's amiable associate was there to let us in and explain everything about the property, which, although a bit different than the usual lockbox experience, was much appreciated. All told, this property was a good value, and we would certainly stay here again. Recommended."

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
