"The service in breakfast not good attention to detail and slow. Coffee was cold but replaced when asked. Hotel room not cleaned just bed made and clean towels. Stain from wine bottle not cleaned off coffee table on either day "

"Fabulous hotel and staff. From the Prosecco on arrival to the free sweets, popcorn and Polaroids all the little touches made it a great stay. Location is great, will definitely stay here again. Spa facilities were good and gym, just big enough for what we needed All the staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you "

"This was a lovely little studio, my husband and I were very pleased with it. Easy to get around and the tube is a few minutes away. Liked the kitchenette and felt quite safe in the area. Check in and check out was very simple too."

" A friendly welcome with reception staff keen to help. .Room spotlessly clean with fresh white towels and bedding. Breakfast had a limited choice of cereals but a tasty small selection of hot full English breakfast items together with various breads and spreads. Help yourself to Fruit juices, teas and coffee . Quiet pretty road but close to the main Euston road so handy for various stations and busses. Plenty of local places to eat for all tastes and budget. Would certainly stay again."

"A very nice hotel to stay albeit for one night, in a ideal location, would definitely stay again, the only issue was how busy the lounge area was with people, quite a few in groups, (possibly non residents) using it as a free internet venue, making it difficult for residents to sit in between the bar and restaurant area."

"The property was located in a great area. Less than a minute walk to St. Pancras International station. The staff was very friendly and answered all questions we had regarding the property. We were able to check in several hours earlier than the posted check in time and were even offered a room upgrade! I enjoyed everything about the hotel and all the amenities provided. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay in the London area! "
