"This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. "The staff at The Londoner went above and beyond in every aspect. I had to rush home as my mum in the USA became gravely ill and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. The staff on duty on the late night/overnight shift on February 10-11, 2025 took care of me and comforted me more than I would have ever expected from any staff at a hotel.
