"The room was lovely but could have been cleaner. There was a crisp on the floor. There also was what looked like yogurt had been spilled over the curtains. We were unable to turn out the main light and had to pull the card out to turn off. This meant the when going to the toilet in the night we could not turn the light on without having the lights on and waking everyone up. The lights itself was very dusty and looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. "

"Great hotel, very friendly staff and good location. Room nicely fitted out, comfy bed, fluffy towels. Bathroom quite small but wasn't an issue for me. Ate in the pub style restaurant = Woolf & Whistle lovely food & excellent prices for central London! Would recommend for overnights in London."

"Stayed for 3 nights on business. First night fire in the hotel but staff should be praised for the organisation in getting everyone out and safe while the fire dealt with. The gym facilities are fantastic and all the staff are friendly and super helpful. "
