Having stayed at a lot of very cheap motels, I was expecting sketchy characters, possibly a lot of noise, and overall gross-feeling accommodations. This was not the case here. "The studio 6 would be a great stay if the room was cleaned properly. This is my 2nd stay and I’ve mentioned the room is nice but was not cleaned and I mean food on floor and an abundance of dog hair and dog pebbles remain for me to clean. They should be paying me the incidental fee. If it wasn’t for how dirty the room was both stays I’d give a higher score but FAIL. "

"This was my absolute worst hotels.com experience hands down. The room was so dirty that I tried to cancel my reservation, a first ever. And I’ve stayed in some funky places but this takes the cake. "The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
