If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. No mention of this in any way on the posting. Intended deception. They refused to provide a refund or any rebate when contacted. Also, the smell of gas the entire time there. They have a heating...

"We had a really nice stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be some cleaning tools. I'm pretty clean, but there wasn't a broom or vacuum. There also wasn't a net for the pool, which was kind of annoying with a toddler who loved throwing his toys in the pool. No backup of toilet paper either."

"The Flamingo house was a perfect rental; it had everything we needed. The backyard and patio were our home base for the 4 days we stayed in Palm Springs. The pool and jacuzzi were heated, and ready to go upon arrival. The central location made it easy to get around. Super comfortable beds and squeaky clean amenities. The only thing missing was lights in the bathroom next to laundry room, and the kitchen could benefit from updated lighting. I’d most definitely stay here again!"

"The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). "We found our cottage to be very comfortable and well equipped. We did have a minor plumbing issue which was immediately taken care of by the property manager. We found this property to be very quiet and beautiful. Pretty gardens throughout the property add to the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again."
