"We stayed here for nine days. Our cabin was cute, clean, and roomy. The staff throughout the property was exceptionally kind and helpful. We loved the daily breakfasts, thermal pools, and hotel farm. We enjoyed seeing the two sloths that lived in the property. Everything about our stay was perfect. "

"Great value. Hotel property and location was perfect, felt secluded, but close to town. The spa experience was magical, with natural sounds of the rainforest in the background, very relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast with a lot of options (and the best fresh fruit!) The only negative was dinner at the restaurant on site, expensive for the quality (we were the only people dining there)."

"This property is amazing! The views of the volcano and lake are stunning. The trails and waterfalls are awesome. The ride to get there is tough though. The road is gravel and curvy. I would highly recommend a 4WD. "
