"Front desk staff was very helpful with assisting with parking options amd making recommendations. They were very friendly. My view of grant park was awesome. Only negative would be the homeless man walking up and down the street sometimes causing a scene with drivers and people crossing the street."

"Clean hotel. We stayed there with my husband and two kids (12 and 9). My 9 year old was very excited about the chocolate chips option in the breakfast to put into his waffle. The drive in car to Chicago took longer than anticipated (traffic sucks), it was about 45 minutes before we reached downtown. "

"If you want to visit Chicago on a budget, this hotel is very affordable (way cheaper than those in the city) and you can catch a commuter train to go into downtown Chicago and not worry about traffic or parking. The commuter line goes between Union Station and Aurora. Stops are little over a mile away from hotel in Hinsdale or Clarendon Hills. Breakfast has made to order omlette, waffles, french toast, biscuits and gravy, ect. "
