We were a 10 minute walk from southwick beach and a 5 minute walk to the train station to get to Brighton or where-ever you want to go. "A very pleasant long weekend at North Lodge. Location is peaceful but well located, plenty of amenities nearby. The house is cute and full of character. The kitchen/diner is a particularly nice space with patio doors out to the pretty little garden with mature shrubs and seating area. The kitchen is very well appointed. The bathroom would benefit from a bin and unit/stand to put products/wash bags on when in the bath. A few hangers in both the double bedrooms would be handy. The beds are...

"The accommodation is accurately advertised. It is a great location that is walkable to the beach in just a few minutes. The property is stocked with a range of children's toys that are in reasonable condition. The Table Football was a big success. We had children aged 7 and 2, so Netflix with cartoons was useful while getting ready for the day. "
