"Very comfortable stay in London. On arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff and the smell of the hotel was beautiful. Marlin you are missing a trick here i would happily have bought some reed diffusers if you had them on sale. Hotel is a few minute walk from Lambeth Tube Station, which gives you easy access to the whole of London. 10 minute walk to London Eye and Embankment. Sainsbury convenience store is right next door. "Location of property good for us central good transport links . Didn't like set up of room . Sink out side in bedroom separate toilet you had to come out to wash your hands separate shower you had to come out to dry yourself properly lights were very confusing "
