"THE GOOD: very quiet, peaceful area. Bed, linens and pillows very comfortable. Very clean - cannot stress enough how clean this place is! Temperature control easy and ideal. Toiletries all smell lovely and are unisex. All remotely handled, but whenever called for assistance, the South African phone team were quick to answer and very helpful - nothing left unresolved. A few minutes walk away is an excellent pub - The New Port Arms and a well reviewed cafe/restaurant The Port Kitchen. Would definitely stay there again."

James was waiting for us at the apartment on our arrival and throughout the week was on hand if we had any queries. There was plenty to do and everything was within walking distance. "We have chosen the olace due its good location in Brighton - very close to train station (5 mins) and close to all the things you need (groceries,restaurants, etc). Easy to walk to the beach - just 15 minutes. It is self check in with key pick up approx. 5 minutes away, very convenient. "The property was not well kept, they fail to mention it is on a noisy and busy intersection. Room constantly smelled of Tobacco/Cigarettes. There was some suspect white powdery substance on a side plate, burnt underneath by flames left over from the previous tenant. So was not properly cleaned upon our arrival.
