From the associates at the check in desk, to the workers we engaged with in the halls and elevators, to the wait staff at the restaurant, this service and genuine friendliness is unlike any hotel or resort I've stayed at in many years. The management and staff at this location deserve special recognition because they are truly an exceptionally engaged and friendly group of people.
