"The room was cold. Finally after two days, I noticed that I could adjust the heat . I had not been informed of this. Constant traffic noise, but it was muffled and did not disturb me. Prices for drinks and snacks in the hotel were exorbitant. Excellent location, esp. if one has a car, which I did not. Two good restaurants opposite the hotel. "

"Reserved apartment for a weekend getaway. Travelled up from West Mids, got to the apartment an hour b4 check in to be told the room wont be ready till 4pm! And the business was under “new management” therefore the building had been made available as a gesture to me n my friends to honour the booking! Clearly a lie as other people were occupying the building aswell. Anyways Was offered a room to crash in whilst the “new owner” - and cleaners worked to get the apartment ready for us. Finally...
