"I’ve never stayed in a hotel before where are you didn’t get a key we got told we would get the key in a couple of hours and every time we went out we had to ask for the door to be open never would stay here again"

"On arrival at the property, I was greeted with a lovely lady who kindly checked me in. I then went and placed myself at the bar while I was waiting for my friend. staff service also extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning we went for breakfast there was so much variety really really enjoyable. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was so comfy and in the shower was also excellent would definitely recommend."

"The hotel is located on an industrial estate which is easy to find and quiet. We had a third floor room which was fine. The decor is a little tired and the room lighting extremely dim. The television was great, nice size and easy to use. Kettle and cups etc was a good addition to the room. The shower was excellent, very powerful and no issue with limescale, which is often the norm.
