"Good comfy room!"

"The entrance and lounge area are impressive and have a grand feel to it. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and checking in was easy. We had booked a double room which was on the second floor at the front of the hotel. We found the room to be quite noisy as it faced the road outside. Also there was a beer delivery in the early hours so that disturbed our sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Hairdryer, tea/coffee and toiletries...

"We had a very comfortable one night stay. Fast & efficient check in with a friendly receptionist. The room was large with a good shower room. We had drinks at the bar & dinner in the restaurant with freshly cooked tasty food. Good location close to the motorway. "

"Having stayed for the Christmas Market last year, we thoroughly enjoyed it & so decided to stay for a bit longer this year. We emailed before we went to book a quiet room, & got a reply straight away stating it was sorted. We arrived early (certainly earlier than when it was advertised our room would be ready), & they were happy to store our luggage. This left us free to go into Harrogate (a five minute stroll).
