"Reserved apartment for a weekend getaway. Travelled up from West Mids, got to the apartment an hour b4 check in to be told the room wont be ready till 4pm! And the business was under “new management” therefore the building had been made available as a gesture to me n my friends to honour the booking! Clearly a lie as other people were occupying the building aswell. Anyways Was offered a room to crash in whilst the “new owner” - and cleaners worked to get the apartment ready for us. Finally...

"Great location, nice rooms, only 3 pillows for a family of 3 though. Bedside light woukdnt stay on and window didnt close fully to shut the noise out, maybe seal had gone. Wasnt too noisy though and slept great so only minor things. Nice breakfast and nice view of the city from the restaurant. Will definitely return. £1.50 overnight parking too...brilliant."

"Cheap, affordable no friils. Staff are always wonderful. Polite, courteous and on hand to help. Motorway noise through the night can be a distraction. Ear plugs are a must for light sleepers. Carpets in need of desperate clean. Minimal TV channels to watch. Beds have lots of spring and only a thin duvet so chillier in winter, especially as it can a while for air unit to heat the room. For what it is and offers it is very reasonably priced. Good amount of parking. Used by a lot of construction...
