"Only stayed here for 1 night but wish it was longer. Had an upgraded room to a king suite & it was lovely. A lot of room, comfy bed and quiet area even being on the ground floor by the car park. Comp breakfast was the usual - eggs, sausages, cereal and muffins etc but was all good and no complaints. Shower & amenities were great within the room. Also managed to walk a few minutes to a few restaurants which was a bonus. "

Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."

"Our stay was very comfortable. Don't be deceived by the pictures of the property. It is indeed an older property with no interior hallway as a major hotel. However, the room was neat and clean updated. Everything was neat and clean. The hotel breakfast was the self-serve buffet of make-your-own waffles with other items such as real eggs and sausage, cereal breads, coffee, etc. The staff was incredible nice and our stay was nice and quiet."
