"It was ok. Nice area/location. Older hotel on river undergoing some much needed reno in lobby. Rest of the hotel needs an update/refresh esp carpets but was fine for one nite. "

"Booked they hotels.com and hotel would not honor reservation. Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."

"Only stayed here for 1 night but wish it was longer. Had an upgraded room to a king suite & it was lovely. A lot of room, comfy bed and quiet area even being on the ground floor by the car park. Comp breakfast was the usual - eggs, sausages, cereal and muffins etc but was all good and no complaints. Shower & amenities were great within the room. Also managed to walk a few minutes to a few restaurants which was a bonus. "

"The room needs repairs & cleaning. Bath walls damaged & bugs in soiled bath tub. Non stop noise outside all night. Staff was very friendly during check in & check out."
