"We were happy to be close to our family's and Riverwalk. Staff was friendly. The property is older and we realize they were in the middle of renovations. When I booked the reservations I was not informed that the restaurant on site was closed.There was still debris from the hurricanes outside our room what looked to be shingles and water logged drywall. "

"Perfect for an emergency overnight stay. The location was awesome. It's near KFC, waffle house, McDonald's, Wendy's, gas stations. I always check sheets first & was disappointed as There was hair on the sheets so I had them changed my front desk immediately. The front desk clerk was totally awesome. I would be using this hotel again simply because of the clerk. "

"Booked they hotels.com and hotel would not honor reservation. Took an hour between multiple staff and a manager and two hotels.com reps before they finally gave me the room I paid for back in August. Hotels.com and the hotel itself didn't offer an apology or any kind of credit for the hastle they put me through."

"Delightful. Third party booking definitely had some misleading wording regarding “double rooms” but the Ladies at the front desk were awesome and super accommodating. They were able to switch my room to A more convenient one without any issues. They also accepted Apple Pay for the deposit which was convenient for me. They also have an atm on site at the front entrance, along with a variety of toiletry & etc. items available for purchase. "
