"Had a great night in Kobe at this hotel, perfect location to explore Meriken park at night and there was a shuttle bus to and from the central stations. The hotel is massive. Really comfy beds. Friendly staff, there’s a family mart in the hotel which was mega handy and on site Restarant options. "

It is also only a short walk to the Harbour, the Kitano foreign settlement area, and the ropeway station up to the Herb garden (all recommended tourist atteactions). The hotel feels very new. Although it only offers room cleaning once every 3 days, you can request for more frequent cleaning or change of linen by placing a sign outside on the door of your room. "

"Amazing location and room. We booked the King Room with Open-air Bath, Non Smoking. Definitely a choice we won't regret. It was a close walk to Universal Studios as well as Universal City Station. Our highlight was the open-air bath. It was super spacious, allowing us to relax after a long day/ walk at USJ park. Staff were friendly and attentive, with luggage handling and whatnot. There was just this one woman at the concierge. I am communicating about getting a key card early for my own personal reasons, and there was a waste of time back and forth. Other than that, I would have rated the hotel 5 stars for 'service'."
