This hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation and easy access to shopping. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, and the view from the window is stunning. A great place to stay!

We had a very nice stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and made everything like new again every time. Thousands of restaurants near by and the hotel elevator can be reached from within Sanomiya Station, so it could not be more convenient. It has to be the best location in Kobe.

Fantastic location and located right at the main train station in Kobe with plenty of food and shopping options at your doorstep. Rooms were appropriately sized by Japanese standards and offers great views of the mountains or ocean depending on which side your room is. Would stay here again.
