An issue regarding the lack of heat in the unit was resolved the next day, after a frigid night, but could have been resolved sooner had we had a way to contact the host by phone. Unfortunately, we did not have phone signal in the unit (we did have WIFI for emails) but we could make calls from town, just down the hill from where the unit was located. "The listing claims 5 bedrooms and 7 beds. THIS IS A LIE! The house has 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Host was argumentative and unwilling to make things right by me and my team some of which had to sleep on couches. Host texted morning of check out and told us to leave by 10am when the listing says 11am. The house is old and outdated. Worst experience EVER!!!Do not rent from this liar. "

"Nice house, nice neighborhood. House worked well for 6 people, was clean & roomy. Would have appreciated knowing ahead of time that washer/dryer were shared with manager. Thank goodness garage worked, as street not available for a minivan. We forgot to point out neither coffee maker did not work. Did request living room lamp be fixed, but it didn’t happen. Not enough lighting in the living room. Vicky was quite pleasant."

"This was a great place especially given the price. Walkable to the Zoo and restaurants and a short cab ride to pretty much anywhere in the city. Seemed like a super safe neighborhood."
