"Quiet, cheap, clean hostel with good staff. Just gotta fix the elevator. Good kitchen and laundry. Comfortable bed but creaky springs every time you roll over. A convenient location for transport around the city. One block from Union Square. I would stay here again. ps: Lime scooters won’t make it up the hill."

"All the properties so clean and bathrooms/ Shower rooms is enough for all the guests. Im traveling alone this is save so much my money. The hotel located in a good location. 2 things that i don’t like here is the lockers should have the key code and my roommate was fighting in the middle of the night i was understand this because it’s a hostel. But i have a such a good time in SF."

"The staffs were excellent. Very helpful.the shared lobby and the kitchen are good too. The 6 bed shared room where I stayed were full of worn out beds, did not appear to be ‘clean’ enough. Not enough spaced to hang out used clothes. Maybe, considering the low cost, it should be accepted."

"I wish I did a little more research before booking. This lodge used to be a hostel and still seems more like a hostel than lodge. It would be perfect if I wasn’t traveling with a toddler who wants to get into everything. Location is about a five minute drive from the beach. We saw a ton of deer. It’s a little ways to the shipwreck and lighthouse. Great for trail access. Overall, if you’re traveling with small children or folks who overheat easily, maybe not the best place.
