"Decent place overall - clean rooms, nice modern shower room, user-adjustable heating (not usually found in cheaper hotels) and a nice big tv! The only let down is the one working lift; the lift seems to stop at various floors in random order regardless of who has pressed the button and when. There was a point where the lift had stopped at every other floor 12 or 13 times before it reached ground floor and it shakes so much that it’s really quite unpleasant. "Friendly welcome. Clean room, 2bath sheets, no hand towel though. Bed was comfortable, with extra pillows and room was warm. Shower gel etc provided. Very close to theatre which was .ain reason for booking."

"Room was big and bed very comfortably nice to see a bath and shower in the bathroom however felt quite dark also room is starting to see some need of updating, food in restaurant was very nice but you do have to wait, location excellence for our theatre trip will return"
