A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. Poor contact from owners with an air of contempt when contacting them to gain access to the property because they hadn’t sent passcode details for the main access door. "Terrible - no basic facilities such as toilet roll or towels. No response from property when tried to raise issues. Demanded a security deposit before releasing entry details despite having paid in advance of stay. No room in bathroom to stand at sink or sit on toilet. This property is not hotel quality "
