"We really can't complain much. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water. The room had a slight odor, somewhat like stale cigarette smoke (it was a non-smoking room). There was a small coffee pot and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only real hassle was getting in and out of the parking lot from the road, unless you were coming from the east. "

"Rivet House and its restaurant, Osteria Olio, are brand-new, swanky, and delicious, respectively. Morning bistro needs a fuller menu with some proteins - not just carbs. At check-in, being forced to sign a sternly worded document saying you will pay a gazillion dollars if you smoke or smuggle a pet into the room really undermines the welcoming experience. Not being able to settle your mandatory, non-negotiable valet charge of $26 / day (hey, this is Athens, Ga we’re talking about!) at the front...

"We were in Athens for a few days while both of my girls attended UGA gymnastics camp. The house and location both were great. Would highly recommend this to anyone traveling through Athens!! Go Dawgs"

"The location was very convenient to stores and highway. Several items were broken and it was very dusty. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The backyard furniture was rusty and untidy. The housekeeper kept getting supplies from backyard so we didn't feel privacy. The price should be less because it is very small with minimal furniture. The best part was the property manager"

"This is a great cottage for a visit to UGA. It’s about 15-20 minutes to downtown Athens/campus but an easy straight shot down the Atl hwy. Cottage is cute, clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay! Will definitely stay here again!"
