I liked the property overall except you can hear people walking over your room. I did tell the staff there but there is nothing they can do because it is a construction problem. The person that checked me in did want to put me in a room away from others but I needed a room near the elevator.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I got the crapiest beds - they were super soft and sunk in when I laid down - did not rest well at all but I had no where else to go during my stay. The beds were not like this previously.

They charged me twice for a deposit and tried saying that there computers crashed but charged me twice and said they only charged me once but my credit card showed twice and I showed them that they charged me twice and they still wouldn’t believe me after I showed them that they charged me twice
