Very clean/nice size rooms. The elevator is unbearably slow and noisy. Didn't find the stairs until last day unfortunately. Also the way they have the valet set up is backwards. The regular parking is a hike and all of the valet parking is right by the hotel. Seems like the valet guys should be running to get the valet cars (like at most places) and the regular parking would be closer to the hotel. Guessing they are wanting to encourage people to pay the $25/daily valet fee. Housekeeping didn't clean our room so had to call and wait on towels/coffee/etc. Had been very excited to try out this hotel but it was a bit disappointing.

I loved the room the building. The interior design was so desirable, the layout was spacious and was comfortable. The dining and bar were perfect for a dinner and drinks. The staff on bar and the concierge were so kind, engaging, and professional. The only downside of my stay was the parking accommodations. The valet service was professional, however the requirement for this service seemed unnecessary for the area. Overall a wonderful experience that I look forward to next time I’m in Athens and will recommend to others when heading to the area.

Loved the Rivet House!!! Downtown is an easy quick drive or Uber. There is a train track right next to the hotel but they provide ear plugs and noise machines. The only slight inconvenience was finding an outlet close to the mirror for drying my hair. Overall 10/10! We will stay there again.

Loved our stay at Rivet House and will definitely go back! It had a very charming eclectic vibe. The rooms were well appointed with comfortable beds and nice showers. All the staff we encountered from Valet to front desk personnel were very courteous and friendly. I’ve heard great things about the onsite Italian restaurant although we did not dine there on this trip.

The walls are paper thin you can lay on the bed and hear the people talk next door. I was shocked at how loud it was must only be Sheetrock walls and no insulation for sound buffer. The place is nice but don’t look for a good nights rest.

Very cool hotel. The restaurant on the property is excellent! We did not anticipate train tracks right outside our room. Would recommend adding sound machines in each room to drown out trains passing by in middle of night. Cell service was basically non-existent.

Fabulous property! In an up and coming area! When you drive up (after dark) you think “where in the world have I booked a room”! When you turn the corner you say…. “OH WOW.. this is super cool”! 😃… GREAT place to stay if you don’t mind being a few extra min from Downtown by car or Uber!
