"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "Place was great. Worked out for all of us. Only 1 issue no hot water in the upstairs shower. Not that big a deal we used the ones downstairs. Other than the hot water, place was amazing. "

"My family went to Mexico City for the Independence Day celebrations and this was conveniently located to many things downtown. The home is very large, clean, and comfortable. It is described well in the listing. It was a little warm the days we visited but there were fans in the bedrooms which kept it comfortable. The hosts were responsive. Two thumbs up!"

"We loved our stay! Our host was very responsive to our requests and was able to accommodate us to an early check in. The location was amazing right next to a lot of chain restaurants and convenience stores. It was very cozy and clean. Definitely recommend staying!"

We reserved this particular unit, but it was not available due to a maintenance issue, so they swapped us into a comparable unit. This was fine, no issues, it was the same size, clean and comfortable. The building is a large apartment/condo building, modern and secure. "Pros: The apartment is exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. It’s in a great location and high up enough to minimize outside noise. Cons: communicating with the host was difficult (I speak fluent Spanish) They were very late in meeting me at the property and they never resolved my multiple inquiries regarding why I could not get the range top to work."

"I absolutely loved everything about this hotel – from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service, everything was top-notch! The staff was friendly, the amenities were perfect, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast buffet was especially amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. However, the only downside I encountered was the Wi-Fi. It was often slow and at times didn't work at all, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

"I always enjoy the stay on this beautiful historic Hotel in the city center of Mexico City. The hotel is well centered close and walkable to everything you need like shops, restaurants, attractions. It’s a very safe area you can move in uber wich is very convenient to a lot of places. The hotel is amazing i really recommend it"
