"This Roma Norte property is less than 1/2 hour from the airport. It is on a tree lined road. Location with respect to restaurants and other points of interest is excellent. Extremely Safe neighborhood. Building has security guard to open the door for you 24/7. Elevators are excellent. The place is amazing. Kitchen and sitting area are plenty. Bedrooms and showers are perfect. Day light is plenty. I would bring my family here again in a heart beat. Thank you. "

"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 days. It was our second trip to CDMX and we knew that this neighborhood was perfect! It is lush, green, safe and teeming with bars and restaurants. The apartment is just as roomy, clean, and bright as the photos depict. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen was pretty well stocked and they left a welcome bottle of wine. We had a bit of an issue checking in. The security guard wouldn’t let us in so we had to message the team and wait...

"The space was wonderful, pictures are completely accurate. There is a doorman at the desk at all times both for help with the door and an extra feeling of security. Check in and out was easy peasy. The location is SUPER close to all the restaurants and cafes you could want. Would stay here again. "
