"My partner and I had a 10/10 stay at Artensanos 11. Antonio and his dog Pach were excellent hosts, extremely friendly and accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed and even brought us to the market, recommended some local food for us, and showed us the church. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is walking distance to everything in the town, only a 10-15 minute walk from the entrance to the main hike to the temple. "The property is a bit hidden. The surroundings of it's location can trigger a sense of an unsafe location. There were a lot of maintenance / construction going by the pool and parking lot. In times it made us feel like w le were in a property under construction rather than a property ready for us to enjoy. The room description and photos said that a sofa bed was part of the room but it wasn't. They had to bring a bed to the room. We really enjoy the massages and temazcal services. We had a...

"We had a nice experience at this hotel. From the beginning, the ladies here were very helpful and answered many questions we had. I got a massage, and was refunded when I was given the wrong treatment from what I had ordered and paid for. The massage was just ok, so I wouldn’t get that service there, but other than that, everyone was very nice and helpful. We really appreciated the staff’s attention. "
