"Most importantly - great location! Tons of awesome restaurants, shops, stores nearby. Make sure to try a Taco Naco or Maizajo or Lardo which are all very walkable from this spot. Nice views out the window of the park. The apartment is clean and nice with a few notes. It was quite hot while we were there (temps were up to 90) and without AC we were quite warm. Windows helped with the heat but being right next to a big street meant lots of very loud noises (honking, ambulances, loud motos) which...

"I flew to Mexico and the owner never answered his phone or any messages on how to get into the property. I called VrBO and they were unable to help. I had to use a different company to find a place to stay for the week. I need a full refund and future credit."

"The apartment was in an excellent area close to stores, restaurants and interesting sites. It was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults. The deck was great and very private. Uber service was really quick. The security guards were very accommodating. We had some trouble with the locking system on the door. If you need to communicate with Santiago I recommend you call him directly as the response to WhatsApp was a bit slow. "
