"This was a beautifully maintained property with lovely employees who were very helpful. I loved the outdoor area to have my coffee and the ability to use the kitchen to cook meals. While my room was small I really only ever used it to sleep as México city had so much to see! The shower remained hot which was a real plus. The area was great as it was far enough away from the 24 hour noise of this huge bustling city. II will return!"

"Location was lovely with lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance. We loved the seafood restaurant next door! Also easy to walk.to several of the nearby parks. The space was great for our fanily of 4. Each of my daughters had their own rooms. Communication with the property manager was great. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The space is in a apartment like building that had a check in space protected by door person. The obly criticisms i woild have are that the couch in the living space...

"Lots of great places to eat nearby, whether you want a sit down restaurant or just a place to grab a bite and go. A ten minute walk to the Bellas Artes and 15 minutes to the Zocalo. The patio is a nice place to relax with a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend reading the information booklet provided. It has a list with directions to many great restaurants and things to see. The place is very clean. The owners were easy to communicate with. It was the perfect place for us. "

"Price and location - unbeatable! Comfort and amenities - very good! Check-in/check-out process - super easy. Sense of security - Perfect! Cleanliness - only lesser rating of the experience. Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean. "

"I booked the property many days in advance and messaged the host 9 hours before checkin and got not response from the host. When I arrived in Mexico I had to connect with customer service to figure out a solution. I had to find alternative accommodation within 1 hour, which was very stressful. Customer service did refund and provide excess funds, which was appreciated. "

"The apartment was in the Reforma area of Mexico City. Close to downtown core. A lot of museums were within walking distance which I absolutely loved. The facility itself was beautiful and modern. The views from my floor was amazing. I especially love the gym. I had the 1 bedroom, King bed, with a sofa bed for 10 days. It was a quiet and secure building. The concierge was very quick to respond to my questions about the garbage and gym access. I have a washer and dryer in my unit. Please note,...

"This property was in an amazing local area & very walkable. It was not large but big enough for two people. It was very clean and had all you needed there. Some night time noise so I suggest you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper."

"Key pad didn’t work. Waited 2 hours for repairs - a dead battery. Neighbors very nice took us in. Great location 30 min walk to Zocala and museums everywhere. Nice restaurants in ten minute walk"

"Excelente ubicación y en muy buenas condiciones. "

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"My adult daughter, her boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment has everything, even yoga mats, which I used. And thoughtful details, including a well equipped kitchen and even a few eggs and three ways to make delicious coffee. We were steps away from great shopping, restaurants, and bars, and Ubers were quick to arrive when needed.I cannot think of a better place to stay for A Mexico City getaway!"

"My family and I stayed at the ULIV Cibeles and it fit our needs perfectly. The layout of the room was fantastic, with two bedrooms in one unit. The location is tough to beat, with the hotel right at the intersection of Roma/Condesa/Juarez. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
