"I found this place to be excellent value compared to the other aparthotels in some of the more popular neighborhoods. I stayed in multiple properties in the "go-to" neighborhoods and this place is nicer at the same price point. But the real secret to this place is the rooftop. I haven't stayed anywhere that beats the beautiful rooftop here. I plan to stay here when I return just for that alone."

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"Fully equipped with kitchenware for someone who was staying longer term. Great walkable location and beautiful rooftop. Extremely poor sound proofing and could hear what every neighbor was watching on television etc. You only get the check in code two hours before you arrive. "

"The room was small, and kitchen area particularly sparse. Things were missing, like only one washcloth, but they did respond immediately when i told them that the shower was ridiculous, slippery and nothing to grab on to. the next day they provided several mats and one for the shower, so i wld say good response. the deck made everything livable. And we did have a great view of the monument."

"The property was exactly as described. It has all the amenities that you need, including a small gym and indoor swimming pool. It is a very nice and safe area in the heart of Mexico City. It is walking distance from the Zocalo, National Palace, Palacio National de Bellas Artes, and other great attractions. The property owner responds to your inquiries right away and is very professional and friendly! Highly recommend it!! "

"Basically you are renting a small apartment. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's centrally located. Easy to get an Uber to anywhere. Being that it is not a hotel as such, there is no maid service unless you want to pay for it. There is a full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals, open cans, heat water, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a Nespresso machine in the room and you get a couple of cartridges. "I loved this place except for the issues with hot water. 1) It was very hard to regulate, so sometines it would turn scalding hot by itself and 2) Two days there wasn't any hot water in the morning. I mentioned this to the receptionist and he said it was a recurring problem in higher floors. But it didn't seem they didn't have any intention of fixing it. Problem is bad enough that I wouldn't stay in this property ever again. Too bad, everything else was really nice."
