"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "The open air living space was great for meals, movies and hanging out together. Having comfortable bedrooms on next floor with en-suite bathrooms was great. The host, Santiago, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the airiness and light. Traffic noise was only downside, but we accommodated to It.location is great - walked to numerous restaurants and parks. "
