"The staff were amazing. The room was a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the settee wasn't. The room was nice and big, the breakfast was alright but the layout could be looked at for the queue. The pool facilities were good but need some missing tiles replacing, sharp when you caught them. Great location for walking into Chester."

"We use the hotel frequently and feel at home there. Especially like the atmosphere in the bar and invariably find ourselves chatting with other guests. Great location for the business district but only ten minutes from the Royal Albert Dock or the excellent city centre shops. Literally dozens of good restaurants within 15 minutes walk and its own MPW restaurant is also very good. Highly recommended "

"Too many people slate this hotel We had a lovely warm Room bed was clean and bathroom was clean and hot working water and shower staff where amazing and the history of this place speaks for itself too many pick holes in this place and forget how old this building is I will Allways come back time and time again !
