"The hotel was in a great location on Plaza Mayor. Cabs got tripped up a bit, preferred to drop you off up the street and some didn’t show up given the location. The staff was welcoming and helped getting a cab on the way to the airport since two we ordered either cancelled on us or we’re going to be too late. Room was nice and comfortable. "

"The hotel is very cozy and nice. It is extremely close to all of the attractions in the area and the major plaza. For being in the middle of things, you can’t get better. Our only complaint was thenoise. It is on several of the busiest streets in the area for walking, bars, and restaurants, and it is very loud. Bring earplugs!"

"Cute little apartment right in the middle of everything. Convenient to all the places you would readily want to visit in Madrid. Great little Cerviceria across the walk that was always filled with locals and their families, fun way to interact with people at the tapa counter while enjoying the food and repartee of the staff, kitchen and customers. "
