"The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We did not know we had to book another room for our 15 year old, since in Spain the law says that only kids 11 and under can stay with their parents in a double room, although they had an extra bed put in there. Fortunately, the second room was only half the price. Also, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport with the car, not on foot, as I read some reviews. A taxi is 22 euros to the airport. "

"Excellent location. About a 5-10 minute walk from Atocha train station. Restaurants near or in walking distance. Staff were very professional and courteous. Room was lovely and clean! We brought our 2 year old pup and paid 30euros but the staff gave us a doggie bed and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Roof top was closed due to weather but the gym and garden was open. The garden area was beautiful with comfy chairs and tables to sit with family and friends for a lovely evening....

"We stayed one night with an early flight the next morning. The room was really impressive and the needed luxury at end of two-week trip was well needed. Location is close to airport which was nice but because our flight was very early we had to take uber because shuttle wasn't running yet and there are little/no options for food in area other than restaurant in hotel. It was really good and we enjoyed the food allot, but it is $$$ "
