But as problems go, that is about a 2 on a scale of 10. This is a beautiful, historic building (as you will learn), right by the Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended "

"The hotel was in a superb location, within walking distance of what we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Irene who worked in the bar/restaurant. Although we didn't use the restaurant, the bar prices were very reasonable for a hotel. Disappointed that the roof terrace was not open. Bed was large and very comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern. On the whole a very good stay."
