"Room and property are very clean. Great location, right on the Grand Via. Just be aware that it is a very very busy street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV doesn’t have any channels or shows on English and wasn’t connected to any streaming service. There is a restaurant on property. Overall a wonderful stay! "

"We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean. "

"I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is in a good location close to the royal palace and may shops and restaurants. I felt safe in the area at all times. The staff was friendly and we had no issues. The room was nice and slightly larger than other rooms I have stayed in in Europe. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and convenient."
