"AMAZING hotel!!! Superb service from all of the staff, from check-in to housekeeping, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! Breakfast is phenomenal as well!! Hotel is in excellent condition and well maintained. Location is perfect! We were able to walk to meeting places for all of our tours and Flamenco show. Excellent dining options and more than enough shopping within walking distance. This hotel is highly recommended by us!"

Only negative is that the room was configured a bit awkwardly—a very large bathroom created by glass partitioning made for tight quarters elsewhere. But as problems go, that is about a 2 on a scale of 10. This is a beautiful, historic building (as you will learn), right by the Plaza Mayor. Highly recommended "
