"We had reserved a room for two people with double bed, but without any prior notification we are told that there is no double bed rooms left. The receptionist promised that we will get back out money from one night due to this mistake, but after the trip they replied that they will not refund anything. Really ruined our vacation. First night we slept in separate rooms with dirty blankets. The rooms did not have private toilets or showers, but we had to use shared toilets and bathrooms. Horrible...
