The staff were so polite, welcoming and helpful with directions, making reservations, anything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would recommend the breakfasts. The breakfast choices were amazing. "We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful & efficient. Our room was cosy and perfect for our two night stay. Location was spot on for walking to everything. We didn't eat at the hotel but had drinks in the 8th floor bar, fab views, great selection of drinks & again very lovely staff. Highly recommend this hotel."
