"We were able to check in early and front desk was very helpful in explaining how to get to all the nearby sites. Location was excellent - easy walking distance of Graben Street, Hofburg Palace, Sisi and other museums and St Stephen Cathedral. The room was comfortable with excellent lighting, often not the case in hotel rooms. "

"Nice hotel! The comfort room was too small for people traveling with luggages. I received a 25 euro voucher to spend at the breakfast lounge which was nice, but couldn’t buy a breakfast which is 38 euro. Instead we got two cappuccinos and a croissant. When we checked out we received a pack of wafers. The hotel was nicely located and safe to walk to inner Stadt. The staff was super friendly and overall we enjoyed our stay in Vienna. "
