"Getting ahold of the front desk is nearly impossible. When you call the main number it goes straight to reservations who tells you to call the main number and push zero. When you do this it still goes to reservations. This happened multiple times at different times of the day. The toilet paper in this hotel is about as cheap as you can get. For a hotel of this caliber, I would expect more. It took a bit to figure out how to turn the lights off that come on under the bed. Valet service was...

"The hotel was fine it was part of a longer trip we were just staying there for the evening the only problem I did have was I thought it said free breakfast but as it turned out we had to pay for breakfast which was pretty good"

"My wife and I stayed here when attending a show at the Comedy Mothership. It’s a great location, valet parking was reasonable and convenient and the comedy club is a 10 minute walk away. Everything was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The only exception was the included breakfast which was definitely underwhelming. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever back in Austin would book here again. "

Great/eclectic. Perfect w/ a little improvement.

"Overall very good! Embraces is 1980s roots. Take confirmation of any package offerings because this platform did not transmit the free parking or the food credit. (Check-in employee immediately honored it.) Two out of the four front desk employees were very friendly and one remembered my name later. Room was very comfortable after they promptly fixed the thermostat. There needs to be better lighting above the sink. Shower products are great but the lotion does not have a pleasant smell. The quick service breakfast place is overpriced (even for a hotel) and needs one more cook because it was slow. "
