"Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and well maintained. My room’s coffee machine did not work , so the on-site manager came within 5 minutes and relocated to another room, a great one. A bit expensive since only valet parking is available but I will say the money is well spent. Five star overall."

I’m honestly not sure what the protocol would be after this happens but I was not informed by anyone and was just luckily informed by my own being and research. I contacted hotels.com and they were unaware and did not provide any help. I would like a full refund because I did not stay. "

"Fantastic location and beautiful hotel. The team were all super helpful and nice. They helped us check-in early, figure out the kitchen, and gave us recommendations for places to visit / eat. I was a bit worried we had a room facing the street, because there was a bar with a loud band a few doors down, but they stopped the music promptly at 11pm and we slept great! There's also a noise machine in the room. "

I have been treated better at a $40/night cinderblock motel than how we were treated at The W. It all started when we pulled up to have our truck valet parked. "This was a really cute Inn. The room was well decorated, clean, great lighting options, nice bathroom and shower, good soaps and lotion, nice bed and bedding, good curtains and cute balcony. My only issue was the parking but I had a car for my stay because of traveling out of Austin. This would be a great place to stay and just uber around if needed. Plenty nearby to do. But doable once you get the parking down. "
