Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff are really nice and helpful. It is a long walk to the subway station but there is a bus stop right out the hotel which helps a lot. I like bus rides in Japan so I am fine with it. Lawson is just across the street. Will stay here again.

The smile Hotel has everything you need for amazing trip in Tokyo. Friendly helpful staff very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Free wifi only 20 minutes from station. Offers breakfast. Very peaceful. Definitely recommend

The hotel room was cleaned daily, the cleaning personnel and staff was very friendly. There’s a Lawson 2 minutes away from the hotel and the metro station is pretty close aswell (15min walk).

The hotel is conveniently located. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, and the closest subway station is a 10-minute walk away. The area is also close to one of the biggest and most famous temples and commercial areas, and it's fairly quiet at night. The room is quite small, especially for two people. I recommend booking a two-bed room instead, as it's more spacious. The hotel's overall look is old, and there is a distinct smell in the hallways and elevator. Other than that, it is cheap and the staff is very kind and diligent.

Very friendly and helpful staff even with various requests for amenities and luggage delivery/transport services using my limited Japanese and google translate. Key return system is a bit tedious if just going out to the nearby convenience store but the staff is always there and they're very attentive so it's not a huge flaw. Bus stops right in front of the hotel entrance and there is one going opposite direction towards downtown with many good shopping and food places right across the street corner next to the convenience store. Cleaning is only once every 3 days but that's more than plenty. You are provided fresh towels outside your room every day and they helpfully empty your trash if you leave it out as well. Overall lovely experience and would return in the future for low cost comparable to AirBnB while providing far superior accommodation and service.

Good, budget friendly hotel. Perfect for solo or couple travelers! It’s a bit of a walk from the nearest train/metro station but they do have a bus station nearby. Very clean and friendly staff! Walking distance (15 minute walk) to Sensoji temple and shopping area where the Don Quijote and ROX building are. Lots of dining options within 10-15 minute walk. There is a Lawson right across the street and very convenient as well. Check in and check out were both very straightforward. Thank you!!
