"Such a great house, a well designed modern villa with an incredible sea view. The house was spotless and well equipped with more or less everything we needed. Tania was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. The area is nice and peaceful and only a short walk to the beach, but we did miss the lack of a shop within walking distance. We really hope to return soon!"

The location is 20-25 min walk to center and all the squares and popular quarters Bairro Alto, Baixia, elevator Santa Justa, etc. There is Rua Esperanza (street) right down the hill from the house which has a great little cafe and restorant. We loved the counter in the bathroom, it was huge and fit all our things. "There was an odor of mildew throughout the house but especially in the lower level bedrooms. The stove didn’t work so we weren’t able to do any cooking- but the house is large enough for a family and was fine for us as we didn’t end up spending much time there. The kids liked seeing the goats and chickens,"

"Beautiful apartment in a gorgeous part of Lisbon - Graca is our favourite. Having the outdoor space made a massive difference and the garden with its pool, seating and fruit trees was a wonderful space, including the noisy parakeets which came to feast on the pomegranates.
