"We loved everything about this property. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They allowed us to store our bags while we waited for our check-in time which was very convenient. The property is in an amazing neighborhood that has restaurants and shopping less than a 30 second walk. Our private room/with private washroom was located just off of a private street, so we did not have any issues with noise. Highly recommend!! "

"Stunning decor, great location and excellent customer service. Allan at front desk was outstanding! We arrived shortly before the spa was closing but he ushered us there so we could enjoy it as we were only there one night. We were also greeted with welcome wine and a cheese and olive board. Manuel & Anna were so helpful - they gave us a map and highlighted many things to do, how to get there, and gave us lots of recommendations for our first time in Lisbon.
