"The specific 1br apartment configuration I had felt like it could have used some more hooks and places to hang things. Otherwise the bathroom was spacious (showed leaked at door seam though) and the bed was comfortable. Facing interior area made it a bit more quiet. I've stayed here before and definitely would again!"

"Very nice host, there is food for breakfast in the fridge and the welcome cupcake and fruit on the table when we arrive. Very convenient location, and there is luggage storage in the building. Will recommend it and will come back definitely."

"The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't...

"The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"Apartment was hard to get access to. The neighborhood was smelly. Needed to make a call to checkin. There were roaches in the apartment and it smelled bad inside. Peeling paint in the bathroom."

"We loved our stay at Upon Lisbon! The hotel is perfectly located next to the Benfica stadium which makes it very easy if you are attending a game. The hotel is a little farther from the city, so if you want a more central hotel don’t choose this one. Overall, I really loved the hotel and would stay again! "

" I had an amazing stay at the Eurostar Hotel in Lisbon! The hotel was incredibly clean, and the atmosphere made for a fantastic day. The area felt very safe, which allowed me to fully enjoy walking around, visiting the nearby mall, and exploring the Christmas tree area. The staff was welcoming and made me feel right at home. I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely visit again and stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon! "

"Great experience and the staff is absolutely wonderful! We wanted a hotel with easy access to the airport and this is the place. We were able to turn the rental car in a day early and walk the 200 or so meters back to the hotel. Nice restaurant and bar for relaxing the final night, as well as a very nice, clean room. We also took a quick Uber to a very nice seafood place as our last Portuguese meal. Highly recommend this hotel."
