"This was our second stay here - we stayed 5 years ago, so it was just as good as last time. I think we had the same superior room which overlooked the road. "We had a lovely stay here. It is absolutely beautiful inside and so lush feeling with all the plants. It is in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and shops around. Also near Public transit. Check in and check out was easy and it's nice to have 24/7 reception. Room was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again if I were to come back to Lisbon."

"The hostel was nice and clean. It is close to Rossio square and walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately the street outside the hostel is noisy with drinks and is a little sketchy. I felt safe as I was with my partner. I may have felt differently if I was traveling alone. "

"The staff here we're incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

Awesome hotel!

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Pics on the site are an adequate portrayal of the hotel. It is located within walking distance from hop on hop off and many nice restaurants. The hotel was very clean and smelled good throughout. All of the staff was so nice and friendly, and very attentive. Any request or issue was handled quickly and always with the upmost professionalism and a smile. The room decor was very nice, the bed was comfortable and there were numerous electrical and usb outlets throughout the room. The breakfast buffet as amazing, and the spa services were great. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. "

"We have stayed at this property numerous times while traveling to Lisbon. It's the perfect hotel for comfort and convenience to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and roomy enough. The buffet breakfast is amazing. We had supper there as well..... delicious. "

"A hotel that truly lives up to the rich history of its building—classy ambiance, excellent service, and friendly staff, all in a fantastic location. (However, for first-time visitors to Lisbon, be prepared for the abundance of hills and stairs, which can be quite surprising.) Definitely a place I would revisit! "
